Mills focuses his practice in the areas of domestic, criminal, civil and personal injury litigation. Mills received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Davidson College in 1995. While in college, Mills played football and baseball for all 4 years. After college, Mr. Ariail signed a free agent contract with the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League.

After he finished playing football he went on to graduate from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. After law school, he served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable John W. Kittredge who is now an Associate Justice on the South Carolina Supreme Court. Thereafter, he worked for the law firms of Ogletree Deakins and Anderson, Fayssoux, Chasteen from 1999 until 2008, when he started his own law firm. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. He has successfully handled a wide variety of cases and trials before the federal and state courts.
